Bo Hanson, 4x Olympian, 3x Olympic Medalist & Founder of Athlete Assessments

Bo Hanson has been working within sport and the business sector for over 25 years, delivering leadership, management, and coach development. In addition to his own athletic career, comprising of four Olympics and including three Olympic medals, he has worked for many years with coaches and athletes from over 40 different sports, and various countries. In 2007 he established Athlete Assessments, a company who developed the world’s first and only DISC Profiles specifically for use in sport; the AthleteDISC, CoachDISC, and Sports ManagerDISC. Over the last two decades, Athlete Assessments has developed a client base of some of the world’s best sport psychologists, performance consultants, coach developers, and universities; along with some of the top Olympic, Paralympic, National, Professional, State, and US College teams. Bo’s ability to improve coaching strategies and performance with clients has resulted in 12 clients winning National Championships in different sports in the last 6 years alone, and over 22 National Championships, Olympic medals, and Pro team Premierships over the last 12 years. Long-standing working relationships and consistent high-quality feedback from his clients is testimony to his ability to understand, connect, design, and deliver exceptional work.
